Once your progress reaches 100% the course is marked complete and a certificate becomes available in "My courses" - you can view it online or download it.

Yes, within 14 days of the cohort start date, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course.

The portal is a practice environment built for learning UI test automation. Accounts, courses and payments are simulated - nothing here is billed.
